The TCS COIN^TM Venture Capital Ecosystem is complimented by an adherence to the following sequence of collaborative processes.

Origination

In this phase, potential sources of innovation, spanning start-up firms and academic institutions, are identified through existing customer relationships, venture capital houses, innovation events, and our own research and innovation watch list.

Diligence/Alignment

In this phase, the Technology Partner relationship is subjected to a set of due-diligence activities spanning the technology, business, and market perspectives of the relationship, which are carried out by a designated team of partner solution managers.

Solution Incubation

A solution offering is identified for joint IP development and recommended to customers, following which a formal partnership is forged. Allied activities including marketing, pre-sales, sales, and delivery of the solution offering are initiated.

Steady State

The solution is deployed in strict adherence to customer requirements and periodic reviews are carried out by the TCS COIN™ team and the TCS Corporate Technology Board to assess the partnership.
