TCS Innovation Labs - Retail has produced a gamut of retail innovations such as Hi-tech Store Solutions, Mobility Solutions, Shopping Assistants, Loyalty Framework, Multi-channel Retail, Real-time BI and Analytics. Many of the solutions can be seen at work in the TCS SmartStore in Chennai, India. The store is a TCS merchandise outlet patronized by TCS associates.

Our research is aimed at helping retailers meet challenges in acquiring and retaining customers, managing retail consolidation, short product lifecycle, constrained space and global operations, along with the increasing competition from newer and more aggressive store-formats.
