TCS Innovation Labs - Delhi conducts applied research in the broad area of Knowledge Systems. We are interested in computing systems that support the creation of knowledge through collaboration, its management and search, the analysis of knowledge to yield insight, and finally its efficient dissemination using tools for education and training. We focus on the applications of knowledge systems towards improving enterprise knowledge, understanding customers and markets and increasing business agility. Our core team of senior researchers includes computer scientists in the areas of text analytics and search, multimedia, graphics and vision, artificial intelligence and natural language processing, as well as software architecture and cloud computing.
Each senior researcher is supported by a team of research engineers who develop tools and technology for solving practical real-life problems using field data; some of these assets are eventually converted into TCS technology products for wider adoption within TCS as by TCS' global base of Fortune 1000 customers.
